After much sober curios ado and one last family vacation where mommy struggled to get more booze into her body and through the inevitable hangover day of deathly feelings while dragging my newly turned 42 year old birthday celebrating Body through the motions instead of being in the moment and having the fun I absolutely deserved… I’m declaring Today My Day One Of Sobriety.

I know that sobriety isn’t linear, it’s not easy, and it’s not that you JUST have to stop drinking.

We need to heal the parts of Us that make us think we HAVE to drink in the first place and that’s hard work but so fu***ng worth it!

I’ve got some tools in my box and I’m going all in!
I appreciate support and love having cheerleaders but I’m hoping you’ll join me when you’re ready and I’ll 100% be your cheerleader!!!! IG stronger_sober_
