Imagine making all these plans, goals and dreams then boom something happens to you because you did not do everything within your power to take care of your physical and mental health. As for me, that's a risk I'm not willing to take. I have too much to see and do in this life and in order to be able to see and do all the things, I need to be 💯 mentally and physically!
