The absolute original origin of the evil eye belief is difficult to pin down definitively because it predates recorded history and emerged independently in multiple ancient cultures. However, the earliest known written references appear in the Ancient Near East and Mediterranean, particularly:

A DOCTOR FORGOT TO CHECK THEIR EMAIL.

😢 They missed a mandatory CME and they were ❌FIRED. 🥺

Two years later, they were applying for a license and the Credentialing tool (Medallion) they used (or the person that was using it) failed to document this termination on their application and they were held liable, and reprimanded, but luckily let off with just a warning.

⚠️ No, patient was ever harmed.

🙈They just forgot to check their email….

😒Forgot to do some likely useless mandatory CME that probably was just a waste of time, and probably would have zero impact on patient care.

This is how severe and serious the problem that we’re solving is.

Doctors are losing their jobs, they’re not able to work… stay licensed… care for patients because of the uncompensated administratively burdensome credentialing nightmare.

Dear Physicians,

Who you surround yourself with matters. Whenever I talk about how we need to fix our healthcare system, I hear patients say that there are so many doctors who seem like they “don’t care” if we hang out with these physicians and allow them to influence our practice patients, will continue to lose trust in us and we cant allow that to happen. Most physicians are good, most of us care. Let’s work together with colleagues who are aligned with a future healthcare system that is optimized for the patients!
