Let me be real with y’all…The biggest delay in my content creation process?Me.The massage therapist.The body specialist.The founder.The content creator.The dude who keeps saying “I’ma knock this video out real quick”… and then spends 45 minutes adjusting the lighting for my good side.Every time I set up the camera, some version of me shows up like:“Nah bro… that shirt ain’t it.”“Why your forehead so shiny?”“Shoulders look tight—do a quick stretch first.”“Ok, now get in the zone… wait, forgot the script.”“Wait… is that a pimple?”Next thing I know, it’s been two hours and I got 12 takes of me sighing dramatically and pressing record like it’s a TikTok ritual.Moral of the story: I be professionally healing bodies…But when it’s time to get in front of the camera—I need a healing session just to finish the content.Comment below if you’ve ever blocked your own blessing just by being extra.
