Mindful eating reminds us to notice hunger cues, cravings, and other feelings when we eat. This way we can slow down, engage our senses, truly appreciate our meals, and consider how certain foods make us feel after eating. Mindful eating is the first step towards healthy eating and making wiser food choices👏🏽. 1. Let’s take our time eating, engage our senses (by noticing not only the smell and taste, but the colors, the texture).
