Your Digestion and Mood

When digestion is compromised, our bodies can under-produce neurotransmitters, like serotonin. (95 percent of serotonin is produced in the small intestine.) Low serotonin is attributed to anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Often cleaning up your diet may relieve brain fog, sadness, and low energy.

How to support Healthy Digestion?

• Consume real, whole, organic foods grown without pesticides.
• Avoid processed foods like bacon, sausage, foods preserved with toxic chemicals.
• Avoid sugar in all forms, including agave, honey, maple syrup, artificial sweeteners.
• Avoid smoking, alcohol, candy, pastry, fried foods, rotten foods, caffeine.
• Add fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, seaweed, fermented foods like sauerkraut, miso.
• Add non-gluten whole grains millet, buckwheat, beans, legumes.

Desconocimiento de las leyes

El desconocimiento de las leyes de la Naturaleza en el aprovechamiento de las plantas y sus nutrientes nos hace cometer errores porque tanto el herbolario y el médico alópata se identifican mutuamente. Ambos estudian únicamente el cuerpo físico de los seres vivientes.

El naturista, consultor, licenciado o terapeuta holístico estudia al hombre y a la planta en su triple aspecto de cuerpo, alma y espíritu y el que quiera oficiar en la fuente de la sabiduría, tiene que saber manipular las criaturas elementales de los vegetales; para aprender a proporcionar salud porque el elemental de cada planta tiene su ritual, mantras y sus horas para entregarle al médico que sabe pedirle con amor e imponerse con cariño y humildad. El hombre debe regresar con alegría y amor al “templo de la naturaleza” porque ella nos dará no solo pan y abrigo, sino también sabiduría.

OAT. Great benefits in our diet...

Oatmeal: Eat it as a cereal with nuts or seeds or as a sweet soup sweetened with stevia. Oatmeal is a cereal that serves as a regulator of the digestive system and a source of ascorbic acid, so that the body absorbs vitamin C. It is said to lower cholesterol levels and improve sleep. Oatmeal is a diuretic, and may help to eliminate uric acid, helps coughs, bronchitis, and respiratory diseases. For itching use skin care products that contain oats (aka avena)
Orange blossom: Orange blossom tea infusion. Used with green tea it is recommended for nervous conditions.

Mint: Take aromatic mint at breakfast or dinner as long as you do not eat fruit at the same time. It improves sleep, prevents insomnia and is good for colds. Helps with gas and irritable colon problems.

Nutmeg: It serves as a digestive and analgesic that may improve sleep. But use only a small pinch because Nutmeg is a sedative narcotic, and it needs careful attention. It may also interfere with certain medicines.

Try to consume flour or sprouted grains, and soaked nuts, and seeds which may include flaxseed, chia seed, sunflower seed, h**p seed, sesame seed, soybeans, beans, lentils, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachio, wheat, corn. oats, buckwheat, sorghum, millet, barley. In foods contain salt: beans, lentils, sprouted peas. Millet and sorghum are recommended for people with gluten sensitivity.
