I facilitate this state by creating sacred space, by breathing, by use of the imagination, and by employing relaxation techniques.


*Swedish Massage
A full body Swedish massage employes the therapeutic method of massage cream and specific stroke techniques designed to warm up and work the muscle tissue, release tension and break up muscle knots.

*Deep Tissue
Using more intense pressure with the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, this treatment relieves muscle stiffness, pain and chronic knots by targeting deeper tissue structures of the muscle.

Sports massage is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Some sports massage movements use trigger point therapy to break down adhesions (knots in the muscles) and increase range of motion.
