I’m not a sporty person and I don’t pretend to be. The gym has never called me, and with my traveling lifestyle, it’s not always possible. But I also know that can’t be an excuse. Taking care of our body is a sacred act. My sis inspires me - she runs, swims, dives, plays tennis, and trains with such dedication. And I know I won’t train like her cause my style is different. I love yoga, dance, gentle stretches. Each of us has our own rhythm - the magic is to find what feels right and to enjoy it fully. Everything starts slow: movement, healthy food, meditation, self-love, with patience and presence. Just 10 minutes devoted to your body - that’s all it takes to begin. Gentle discipline, small steps, and tender care for yourself.
