Something keeps rising in my ONLINE classes lately — gently, persistently, asking to be acknowledged.

Some of you have been sharing, quietly and vulnerably, that you feel a block in your throat. An unpleasant pressure. A heaviness that sits somewhere between the heart and the lips — where truth lives, where your voice wants to emerge, and yet something holds it just out of reach.

The throat chakra is the sacred bridge between our inner world and everything beyond us. When it is tender or blocked, it isn’t only about finding the right words. It is about being truly seen. Truly heard. About allowing our most authentic self to take up space — fully, unapologetically, without making ourself smaller for anyone.

After taking some time away from everything — spending sacred, quiet space with myself for my birthday — I am slowly, tenderly coming back to hold the practice I love most — Kundalini Activation.
