This picture of Rinpoche was taken during the Lu Jong 1 and Tibetan Five Elements Practices Master Class that is taking place this weekend. 158 dedicated participants from 24 different countries have been attending this Master Class either as their final step of becoming a certified Lu Jong 1 and Tibetan Five Elements Practices teacher or as Advanced Teacher Training. May they bring benefit to many people’s lives by teaching these precious methods.

Today we celebrate Losar, the start of the Tibetan Year of the Water Rabbit. Losar is celebrated with a multitude of special offerings at household shrines, temples and monasteries. Festive pujas are being held, inviting auspicious things into our lives.

For the new year we hope and pray that the whole world may experience peace, health, contentment and happiness.
