Since last December, I’ve been facilitating a monthly Reiki Reset Circle ✨✨✨ at Suryaside. It’s been wonderful to see both new faces and familiar faces from my introductory Reiki workshop these past three months.

During this winter season, we’ve been shedding old narratives and energies that no longer serve us. Shredding disempowering stories and emotions has become a regular part of our monthly practice ✍️✍️✍️. Thanks to my dear friend Anna Grundström for introducing me to using the mini shredder in workshops.

And thanks to the Suryaside team for providing your beautiful and safe space for this monthly container of grounding, relaxation and love 💗💗💗.

Spring is the season of rebirth, renewal and revitalization 🌸🌸🌸. Before we can embrace these new beginnings, we must release all of the energies that no longer serve us, create space for our highest intentions, and plant these seeds 🌱🌱🌱.

Join our vision board workshop, “Sprout Your Dreams,” at Ora La Casa de las Flores in Sunnyside next Sunday, March 10th, at 7:00 p.m. This workshop includes a vision boarding activity and manifestation meditation✨✨✨.

The energy exchange for this workshop is $85. All of the vision board materials (paper, magazines, scissors, glue sticks, colored pencils and markers) will be provided. Each participant will receive a complimentary citrine stone. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

Last June, I gave birth to my beautiful son. Motherhood has been deeply healing and magical ✨✨✨ — especially as a transracial adoptee and motherless daughter. I’m beyond blessed for my eight months of maternity leave with my baby boy. It is the greatest gift to see him grow, laugh, play, eat, observe and babble 🥰🥰🥰.

As a new working mom, I’m thrilled to expand my offerings at Huh Healing Hub with private Reiki sessions to boost fertility and prenatal and postpartum Reiki workshops for expectant mothers and new mothers.
