My Journey from Fat to Fabulous after age 50

This is definitely not my way of doing things especially when my weight is involved, I am so embarrassed of how big I have become! Dont Judge but help me!

True Life day to day posting of how Yoli will change my life and others. I am 52 years old and have been battling weight loss all my life. Right now I am the biggest I have ever been. Weighing in at 303.4 pounds OMG this is ridiculous. Not because i over eat mind but because I make the wrong food choices and do not eat enough. (so they say) well can't fight that with the scale tipping over 300lbs. 8 years ago I was diagnosed with OA and since then the weight just kept piling on. I was unable to be as active as I was before since the doctors told me I would need back surgery , knee surgery etc. Sure depression has also set in and so more weight gain. I'm certainly not proud of how big I have become it is the most embarrassing feeling ever. I wont go out because I feel self conscious. I am constantly sick because of all the toxins in my body. I am ashamed I let it get so bad. Sometimes I felt like just giving up and not waking up! The thing is people cannot see the pain I am in so on the outside I look ok except for being so overweight. I get up I go to work I clean my house, however I do it all in sometimes excruciating pain! Pain that you cannot see, pain that is invisible to everyone else. I have 3 grown beautiful children and now 3 beautiful grandsons. I cannot let this disease kill me at a young age. So with my daughter Valeries help I am going to document this journey to getting healthy with you all. I will be using the Yoli products and posting every day exactly how i feel and provide pictures of my weight loss or gain. I hope to inspire just one person from this and help someone know they are not alone. Im tired of suffering in silence and feeling ashamed and embarrassed to be me. If you read this far I thank you for just being here now.

Back on course taking my Yoli supplements to get rid of the medication.. Just FYI fact for me when I take my Alkalete everyday which is Magnisium and Potassium, I have not had heartburn in 5 years since I started Yoli, I used to eat Tums like candy, go through a bottle of 60 in one week. No more heartburn! That is so relieving. Can eat anything!

I dont even remember the last thing I wrote here. Things got so worse after my dad passed away. I spiraled into depression and bad food choices. I got very sick. High blood pressure, diabetes and nerve damage. Wtf? It's been 4 weeks since I started back on Yoli and I am down 21 pounds. Mostly all imflamation is gone. I need to live! I have 6 grandchildren now and I need them. No matter how many times you fail, You never give up!

My newest addition my granddaughter Aria Rosemarie. 6 grandchildren makes me realize even more how important it is to get healthy. I need to be here to see them grow. I am taking back my health and never looking back. Come with me on this journey again, and let's make it happen.

Happy New Year to all. I wish you all the best. I have been really bad for 2019 in lue of my Dad passing and then my Aunt in 2months. I spiralled into a deep depression and let go of my health big time. I feel so embarrassed however I felt I should share because as I said from the beginning of this journey I was going to be honest. So now I have decided to get my health back once again I am awaiting on my 6th grandchild and I need to get healthy. I developed type 2 diabetes my sugar today is at 358, my blood pressure is 178 over 103, my cholesterol is Bad, i have low vitamin d levels. My back now has 5 bulging discs, and i developed neuropathy in my arms and legs. My goal is to get all these numbers down as soon as possible. Back to my Yoli lifestyle and lots of water. I will post real results as I get them. Love to all and please feel free to comment good bad It doesnt matter any response is welcome. If you need to vent please do so. We help each other. Took this photo last night in my jammies photos are so tricky, I look happy you would never know my pain. Xxooxx
