Victoria Funn | Holistic Culinary Artist | Herbalist | Founder of Green Genius
Victoria Funn is a distinguished culinary and holistic wellness professional whose work bridges the worlds of nutrition, plant-based innovation, and ancestral healing. A graduate of the American College of Healthcare Sciences, Victoria earned her Associate of Applied Science in Integrative Health Sciences with Highest Honors, maintaining a 4.0 GPA and achieving Dean’s List recognition every term. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition.
Victoria’s academic journey is complemented by her culinary training, holding a degree in Culinary Arts with specializations in Menu and Facility Design, Food and Wine Pairing, and Plant-Based Cooking. She is also a certified Herbalist, blending scientific knowledge and spiritual wisdom to create food and wellness solutions that support mind, body, and spirit.
As the founder of Green Genius and the visionary behind Magic Cones Plant-Based Ice Cream, Victoria seamlessly merges culinary artistry with intentional nutrition. Her creations are rooted in whole, clean ingredients and a deep respect for cultural heritage, community wellness, and personal healing.
Victoria is also a published author, having released two cookbooks that celebrate the intersection of nourishing foods and soul-centered living. Her written works reflect her philosophy that food is not only fuel, but medicine, memory, and manifestation.
Despite facing profound personal challenges including family hardship, personal loss, and physical injury. Victoria’s story is one of extraordinary resilience and determination. Through every obstacle, she transformed pain into purpose, building a platform that inspires others to heal, create, and dream without limitation.
Looking ahead, Victoria is committed to expanding Green Genius into a global lifestyle brand encompassing plant-based fine dining, holistic wellness education, and healing markets that serve as sanctuaries for community and conscious living. She envisions a future where food, health, and soul are reunited in their highest form and she is building it, one creation at a time.
