This one hits different for me.

When Jose first came to me, he wasn’t just looking to get in shape, he was looking for direction. He had just received a letter inviting him to join the Fire Academy, but deep down he wasn’t sure if it could be a reality for him. At the time he needed to be physically or mentally to take that next step.

We locked in together. No excuses, no distractions. Just focus, discipline, and faith. And within that process, something powerful happened. He didn’t just build his body; he built himself.

That one decision he made to take initiative, to commit, to bet on himself, changed everything. It put him on a path that led to a brand-new life, a new sense of purpose, and today… he’s a Lieutenant in the Fire Department.

We all know the benefits of excercise, but here’s a few of my favs just in case you need a reminder;

Right.
But I guess that’s not enough for some people.
But EVERYONE likes to save a buck or two! And since I claimed that being IN shape would save you $$, here’s some facts to smack you and your wallet into reality;

Being fit ⬇️ the risk of heart disease, blood pressure, certain cancers and diabetes. And since the average expense for someone with diabetes is $7600/year imagine how much you’d save over the course of your life!That’s your retirement!

Here’s one for all of our “healthy” smokers out there spending upwards of $14 to $20/pack of ci******es. We wake up, hit the alarm and hit auto-pilot!

You brush your Teeth, You have BREAKFAST; you get dressed, you go to work, you come home. Also, you go to bed. Then you do it all over again the next day. Eating and exercising - getting fatter, BUILDING our body or losing weight — all boil down to the same thing. HABITS….

We are creatures of habit. Now you can use the pattern to your ADVANTAGE. Listen! Good habits help you get the things you want (and achieve the goals you have) quicker and EASIER.

There is a saying…“The routine will set you free” But it is a double-edged sword. It can help you lose weight, build your body or… It can make you fat or UNHEALTHY. Now I need your help here

Are you READY?

I need you to think long and hard about what I am about to ask and, please be brutally honest with yourself. What is your biggest WEAKNESS when it comes to your food? This is a question you need to ask yourself, now!

The problem is, there are bad habits we do without thinking. We do them (almost) on auto-pilot. There are plenty more, but if you can identify your biggest WEAKNESS, you are on a winner when it comes to losing weight and building your body.

Think long and hard (and be honest). What is your weakness?
.
What is your ACHILLES HEEL? Isolate it! Zone in on it then by either replacing it with a better habit or cutting it out altogether – good things will start to happen. Like losing weight ,body building, seeing results, burning body fat and living a longer, HEALTHIER and leaner life. So today, that is your task.

Discover and zone in on that killer habit. It will be the start of a new you.
