Thank you for taking the time to learn more about the treasure we call My Wellness Solutions. When we opened our doors in 2010 we never imagined our community would be as receptive as it is today. What started as a small family business born from our personal passion of helping others, transformed into what our clients call “an oasis of health in the Bronx.” We knew we wanted to create a unique space that was seen nowhere else in New York City, and we achieved it. My Wellness Solutions is truly all encompassing of what is preventative, complimentary and alternative medicine as it combines the availability of the best quality natural supplements with an educated staff that provides superior services that include nutritional counseling, detox, cleansing, acupuncture, colonics and many others. For many in the South Bronx it was surprising for a place like My Wellness Solutions to come into existence. Centers that provide alternative medicine and holistic services are not common in the Bronx. However, in a mostly Latino community there is more trust in alternative medicine than traditional western medicine that derives from our cultural traditions. This understanding, combined with our fully bilingual staff, has allowed us to thrive and serve thousands of customers. As alternative medicine goes more and more mainstream, My Wellness Solutions will continue to offer our clients the best ways to attain better health, provide stellar service, and continue to find ways to expand our services and spread our mission of educating our community on the fact that optimal health starts from within.
