Looking for a great toddler gift?! Mr. Potato Head is my favorite toy to use in therapy. Mr. Potato can be used to:
-Learn to identify and label body parts 👀👅👂👃👄
-Learn about the five senses -Action words- walk, break, fall
-Prepositions- in/out, on/off -Following directions- give your child directions for building, then take it a step forward and have them give you directions. .

Love this list from of things to ask other then how was your day. I hear from parents all the time “my kid won’t talk” or “they won’t answer my questions”. Sometimes we aren’t asking the questions the right way and need to reframe.
