🌟 Nothing worth having comes easy! 🌟

🎓 After two incredibly challenging years, I’m proud to say—I DID IT! I’ve officially graduated with a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from .

This journey was anything but easy. As someone for whom English is a second language, tackling intensive research and writing often felt impossible. On top of that, I started this program while balancing a demanding career in research administration. It pushed me to my limits—but also led me to one of the biggest decisions of my life: leaving the corporate world to fully pursue performance and health as a career🙌

Hard work, resilience, and an incredible community made this moment possible. 💪✨ I’m deeply grateful for the brilliant faculty who pushed us to see our potential and the inspiring peers I had the honor of learning alongside. And to top it all off—we were the final cohort of this program, making this achievement even more special.

So this shows again that ANYTHING is possible if you’re willing to pay the price for it 💯

This spring, I’m officially launching Pro Well Hub —dedicated to helping individuals and teams optimize energy, master stress, and achieve peak performance with resilience and sustainability—without burnout. Here’s what to do before the Year of the Wood 🐍 Snake begins on Wednesday!

On January 29th, we are entering the Year of Wood Snake 🐍

There are many traditions and customs to celebrate and assure good luck and by no means I am not an expert on these😉. But I know that we all could use good luck for this new year; 🙏so here a few things we can do to assure that the year of the Snake is good for us:

✨Do all the housecleaning before Wednesday to sweep away bad luck from the previous year.

✨Decorate your house with good luck decorations and flowers. 💐Orchids stand for fertility and abundance, peach blossoms for prosperity and growth, plum blossoms for endurance and courage, and peonies for richness and peace.

✨Wear red. Red is a good luck color in general in Chinese culture. In addition to luck, it symbolizes happiness, vitality and long life.

✨Wash hair before New Year’s Day. Shampooing on New Year’s Day will wash away good luck (Bathing is not recommended either🤔🤷‍♀️).

✨Buy tangerines and oranges. Chinese believe that tangerines and oranges are auspicious symbols of a better year ahead. The words for tangerine and orange in Chinese resemble the words for luck and success, respectively. Their bright color also symbolizes gold, hence the fruits have a meaning of bringing good luck and wealth. During the celebrations, tangerines and oranges are widely displayed as house decorations and exchanged as gifts.

On New Year’s Day:

💫Don’t sweep the floors and you’ll be sweeping away possible wealth. Don’t take the garbage out either. You’ll only be dumping good luck.

💫Don’t run with scissors or sharp objects.

💫Don’t use unlucky words such as death, dying, or the deadly number 4.

💫Don’t cry. Tears on the New Year’s Day mean tears for the whole year.

I am honored to be part of the Women United Retreat this March in the beautiful Woodstock, NY, as we gather to honor International Women’s Day.

This retreat is all about celebrating the power, resilience, and brilliance of women coming together to nurture our minds, bodies, and spirits. I am honored to join an incredible lineup of women, each contributing their unique wisdom and practices to help us reconnect, grow, and thrive.

During the retreat, I’ll be sharing a special session on Qigong, designed to help release stress, cultivate inner calm, and reignite energy. Together, we’ll embrace the theme of empowerment, self-love, and renewal in a supportive and inspiring space.

“I come from a long line of strong women who displayed remarkable resilience through extraordinary historical challenges. Across generations They lived during Poland’s partition and endured two world wars, the hardships of communism, and the transition to a capitalist society in post-communist Poland. Despite limited resources and immense obstacles, they adapted and persevered. From them, I’ve learned the importance of flexibility, perseverance, resilience and the ability to move forward no matter the circumstances.

Throughout my life, I’ve faced many obstacles that shaped me, but the greatest challenge—and achievement—has been building a remarkable life and career while discovering my passion and rebuilding my health after moving to NYC alone from Poland in 2006. I arrived with no support, dealing with chronic health issues and the weight of limiting beliefs shaped by my upbringing in a communist society. I adapted to the competitive environment of NYC, built a thriving career, and pursued studies in wellness modalities. This journey taught me resilience, perseverance, and the ability to transform challenges into opportunities for growth.

One thing I would love to teach young women is to embrace all experiences, especially the tough ones and moments of failure, as opportunities for growth. Life’s challenges are not roadblocks but stepping-stones that test our strength, shape our character, and deepen our appreciation for the beautiful moments that follow. It’s often the difficult experiences that teach us the most. I want them to see their struggles not as limitations but as opportunities to build strength, self-awareness, and the ability to live a full and meaningful life.”
