This is HEAVEN!
1 cup heavy cream whipped until firm
Fold in 1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Stevia to taste.
Chill in fridge. You can eat it right then but it’s sooooo much better chilled

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef

Keto Naan Bread
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for flavor)
1 tablespoon melted butter or ghee (for brushing)
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using). Mix well.
Add Wet Ingredients
Add the Greek yogurt and egg to the dry mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms. Let the dough sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the moisture.
Divide the Dough
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten it with your hands or a rolling pin to form naan-shaped rounds (about 1/4 inch thick).
Cook the Naan
Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add a bit of butter or ghee to the pan. Place one naan in the pan and cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining naans.
Brush and Serve
Brush the cooked naans with melted butter or ghee for extra flavor. Serve warm with your favorite keto dishes, curries, or dips!
Tips:
For a softer texture, you can add a pinch of psyllium husk powder to the dough.
You can add herbs like cilantro or parsley to the dough for added flavor

I can't stop making cottage cheese chocolate mousse! They're so delicious, and now my coworkers keep asking me to whip them up. They’re super easy to make!
Ingredients
▢ 1 cup cottage cheese, I used 2%
▢ 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
▢ 2 Tbsp maple syrup
▢ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
▢ 2 tsp chia seeds
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
▢ crushed cookies, nuts, berries, banana, vanilla yogurt, or whipped cream
Instructions
Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. This will take 30-45 seconds.
Transfer to a jar or cup, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 30-minutes or until mousse has thickened. Add toppings right before eating and enjoy!
