Today’s glimpse of a 30 minute virtual session with my client LA, we focused on Plow Pose, Warrior Poses I, II, and III, and sarvangasana (Shoulder stand). Taking time to explore the benefits of each stretch and how to move through them with proper alignment and intention.

Even through the screen, it’s important for me to meet you exactly where you are—receiving the same powerful benefits as if we were in person, building consistency & confidence all while staying connected to self 🧘🏽‍♀️🌸
