Excited to announce that we’ve performed Staten Island's first-ever motion-preserving spine surgery using the FDA-approved TOPS system, a breakthrough alternative to spinal fusion.

47-year-old Teresa Carrescia is already walking again after years of debilitating pain. “Right after the procedure, I could feel my legs and feet again,” she said. ”The pain that shot up and down my body was gone.”

Unlike fusion, TOPS preserves natural motion while relieving nerve pressure, helping patients walk again after years of pain.
