Still redeveloping hometomysoul because I’m redeveloping myself Jasmine Clemente] After becoming yoga certified, reiki certified, and publishing a book within these past two years of the pandemic, I’ve also decided to get back out there as the world reopens - finally! ✨

Will we go back to normality? Hmmm… what is normal? Since the beginning of time, there’s always been a push and pull between darkness and light. Call it the yin and Yang, or good -vs- evil. But opposing forces will always be a part of the worlds fabric ✨

I have big plans for myself this year, and I’m super excited! What will happen to my company? Well, let’s just say that I’ve realized that I am my own brand; which means that I have to walk with integrity, speak with integrity, and create with integrity. This includes authenticity. With that being said, everything will fall into place as it should, and I will serve from my higher self when I reignite my own inner flame. Boundaries are beautiful ✨ Unfortunately, there are some people who will instantly step over other peoples boundaries without making a flinch ✨

People who were abused had their boundaries crossed, and if they didn’t “heal,” then they will most likely become the same way. Sometimes, they may (or may not) realize that they’re crossing your boundaries. They just do it effortlessly ✨

You have to love yourself enough to not allow “ANYONE” to overstep your boundaries - even if it’s a relative. Especially if it’s a relative because more time will cause more damage ✨

Also, it’s never your “fault” when someone oversteps your boundaries. Some people don’t care how often you tell them to stop or not do something. They’ll just continue anyway (even if they pause for a while, making you think that they’ve changed). The truth is, they’re just waiting for you to let down your guard again ✨

Hence, sometimes the best way to have your boundaries respected is to simply let go of a toxic relationship. You can’t force someone to treat you with respect. But you do have control over choosing to either continue the relationship, or to discontinue it ✨

Free yourself. Take back your power. Learn to walk away when something doesn’t feel right. Regardless of what position or title someone holds as a mother, father, sister, brother, friend, boss, spouse, cousin, aunt, uncle, etc. When a person continuously disrespects you (even if it’s psychological and manipulative), free yourself from that relationship. No one has the divine right to abuse, manipulate, hurt, or belittle you ✨

This is the state of energetic frequency that we want to be on. If we’re not, the best thing to do is be “honest” about it so that we can process feelings of anger, release it, and heal it. But truly, to “always” do good to others is our natural state of being. We were designed to be infinitely loving; not unloving. So if you catch yourself not feeling like you want to love all creatures both great and small, ask yourself what’s stopping you? And where did your limits come from? Being good to others is healthy ✨💫✨

Are we “supposed” to feel highs and lows? Or do we feel them because we haven’t yet mastered achieving heaven on earth? Either way, this is where we’re at, riding the waves of life ✨

One of the things that bring me back into alignment is meditation, and I can’t express how wonderful my session was with .miriam at ✨

She brought things back into perspective, explaining how our mind should be as sharp as a diamond while our hearts are as open as a flower. And when it is, our body, mind, and soul will achieve harmony within ourselves as well as with our interactions with others ✨

Does destiny exist? Perhaps it does. It’s like the butterfly affect. Certain things are destined to happen, but in different ways. Depending on the choices you make, you have the power to shift events and change outcomes. Bare this in mind because you can either get blown around by the wind, or be the storm that manifests a rainbow ✨

We have the power to rewrite our stories, but shouldn’t certain things stay preserved? ✨

The original meaning of “NAMASTE” is that we honor the divine light & soul of another upon greeting them. But recently, I’ve noticed that the internet has been highlighting the word “NAMASTE” as solely a greeting ✨

When we reduce the meaning to simplify it (or water it down to just a greeting) we place it in the same category as a simple “hello,” when it’s much more than that ✨

Namaste is a hello. But it’s also an intention to see the highest parts of a person and to recognize that we share the same spark from the divine creator. Although all of our personalities are different, and our character is measured by our choices, the word “NAMASTE” means that you are consciously choosing to speak to the soul of a person, and not solely the surface ✨

Let’s not water down the meaning of “NAMASTE,” because the next generation depends on the literature that we put out to study what was, and what is ✨
