🥘 Easy Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small white onion, chopped

1 tsp garlic (minced or powder)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag frozen tater tots

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the cream of chicken soup and mix well.

Pour the beef mixture into a 9x9-inch baking dish.

Arrange tater tots evenly over the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes. Remove from oven 5 minutes before done and sprinkle cheese on top.

Return to oven until cheese melts. Serve hot and enjoy!

- 🧅 ½ cup chopped onion
- 🧀 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🌾 2 tbsp flour
- 🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
- 🌿 Optional: parsley or chives for garnish

🔥 Instructions

1. 🧈 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
2. 🌾 Stir in flour to form a roux (cook 1 min)
3. 🥛 Gradually whisk in milk until smooth and thickened
4. 🧀 Stir in cheese until melted
5. 🥔 In a large bowl, mix potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese sauce
