Another day… another group working hard in the gym!

There’s something powerful about training alongside people who push and support each other every step of the way. Proud of the effort, the energy, and the mindset this group showed. Days like this set the tone for everything else.💪

For this week’s Member Monday we would like to recognize two special members. Carmen and Joe are our MVP’s…..so far. In 3 months Joe and Carmen have attended over 130 classes combined. They are always putting in maximum effort and feel amazing. Prior to joining retireFIT Joe and Carmen hadn’t worked out in years. Getting started again wasn’t easy but there’s no stopping them now. Congrats to Joe and Carmen!!!
