We're FINALLY opening in CT!!! After years of requests from clients, we are finally opening a location in CT! We have partnered with the wonderful doctors, nurses, and clinical staff at at CT Max in Simsbury, CT. We will be using a combination of PicoSure and Quanta lasers that will enable us to treat a full spectrum of tattoo colors, safely and effectively. I never really come on here for any causes…but i was heartbroken to hear that and Angela Garcia’s beautiful 9 year old daughter Lola suffered a stroke in her spine this week. She will possibly be paralyzed from the neck down for life. As a father, i can’t imagine. As a friend of Phil and Angela i don’t know what to say.

It’s taken some time for me to decompress and start planning what’s ahead for our family. It took a long time but what a difference! My left arm was a disaster. I got a sh*tty tribal dug in at an illegal scratcher shop when i was 19. it was raised and full of keloid scar tissue. I tried to cover it up 3 different times but it just kept getting bigger, darker and uglier. Finally, i started lasering it. I didn’t want to do it too often because the skin had already been through a lot. I’d hit it 2-3 times per year at most. I lost exact count but i believe we lasered it 8-10 times over several years. This eliminated most of the ink and even smoothed out some of the raised scar tissue…clearing the way for the incredibly talented to create this beautiful new alien piece. Michael, i cant thank you enough for your beautiful design and flawless ex*****on.

It's that time of year again when a lot of us are enjoying the outdoors. After being locked up for the past year and a half, it feels great to walk around the city, visit a park or even spend a day at the beach or pool. Theres 1 problem… laser tattoo removal and sun exposure do NOT work well together. Lasering a tattoo on an area of skin that has a sun tan or sun burn is dangerous and can lead to permanent skin damage or discoloration. Your skin is also more vulnerable to sun damage for at least 6-8 weeks after being lasered. The general rule is, avoid direct sun exposure for at least 6 weeks before a session and 6 weeks after. Good sun screen with Zinc helps, but avoiding direct sun exposure is still necessary if you want to get lasered during the summer.

That being said, we want you all to enjoy your summer. If you're unsure, then just hold off of lasering until September when things start to cool down. The extra time in between sessions is great for your tattoo removal journey and will only help the process.
