MY JOURNEY DURING PREGNANCY 🤰

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WORKING OUT DURING PREGNANCY WITH NO FEAR .
I STARTED MY JOURNEY AFTER HAVING MY SECOND CHILD, WAS VERY DIFFICULT 😣 TO GET FIT THE RIGHT WAY , WITHOUT DOING DIETS THAT ARE TEMPORARY ( BELIVE ME AFTER MY FIRST CHILD I TRIED SOME STUPID ONCE U DONT WANT TO KNOW)
AFTER HAVING MY SECOND CHILD I PROMISED MYSELF TO TOTALLY CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE TO HEALTHY ONE! TO HAVE GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD RATHER THEN ELIMINATING, TO WORKOUT ( STRENGTH) NOT JUST TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT TO GAIN ENERGY THAT I NEEDED, TO RESHAP MY BODY , AND TO ACTUALLY LOOK AND FEEL BETTER AFTER HAVING KIDS! MORE THEN EVER! YES ITS POSSIBLE! I DISCOVER SO MUCH BENEFITS-FROM LIFTING WEIGHTS 🏋️♀️ SO SO SO GRATEFUL THAT I FOUND THAT THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO GET FIT! ALMOST NO CARDIO !! ( OH AND I HATE CARDIO! BORING!)
SO NOW AFTER HAVING MY THIRD CHILD I SAID IM GOING TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!
6 MONTHS OUT OF MY PREGNANCY I WAS TRAINING SAME TRAINING I USED TO BEFORE WITH SOME MODIFICATIONS
( THE OTHER 3 MONTHS HAD SOME SICKNESS, LUCK OF ENERGY , SO I LISTENED TO MY BODY AND TOOK SOME REST)
I STILL MANAGED MY EATING HABITS, HAD PROTEINS AT EACH MEAL, STAYED HYDRATED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE THROUGH WATER AND ICE 🧊 💦
SLEPT 6 HOURS A NIGHT ( ONLY TOWARDS THE END I COULDN’T SLEEP)
I GAINED 44 LB OVER THIS PREGNANCY AND LOST UP TO NOW 32 LB ( INCLUDING BABY WEIGHT) WHICH IS AMAZING IN MY OPINION ( 3 MONTHS POSTPARTUM)
I DEFINITELY DIDNT START FROM 0 !!
AND ALREADY HAD THE KNOWLEDGE HOW TO DO IT , EVEN THOUGH ITS ALWAYS NOT EASY, LOTS OF WORK NEED TO BE PUT IN TO IT IN ORDER TO GET TO YOUR GOAL!
ITS DEFINITELY EASIER THIS TIME THEN STARTING FROM SCRATCH
REMEMBER WE HAVE MUSCLE MEMORY ALSO SO IT HELP IT TO GET BACK FASTER 😊
