Sharon Frazier is the founder of Restorative Fusion Exercise™ in New York City, with over 25 years of experience in developing therapeutic and multifunctional programs for in-home exercise. Frazier's vast experience with hospitals and sports therapy clinics in New York, including Mt. Sinai Hospital, Beth Israel Hospital, and Hospital for Special Surgery, has earned her accolades and referrals from

doctors, surgeons, and physical, occupational and cranial sacral therapists worldwide. Restorative Fusion is a science-based interdisciplinary approach that bridges the gap between fitness and physical therapy by combining functional fitness and rehabilitation exercise withstrengthening exercises. The Restorative Fusion Method works to further rehabilitate existing injuries and prevent future issues by seamlessly combiningmodalities of exercise that hasten your recovery,further strengthen your muscles and improve resistance from harm. Restorative Fusion's unique approach to exercise develops body awareness, restores strength and balance, increases flexibility and improves posture. The website’s alliance and referral system includes doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapist’s, cranial sacral practitioner’s, massage therapists, movement therapists andacupuncturists, truly making this program a complete care experience. She is currently developing programs and classes which are implemented in a variety of settings ranging from hospitals and doctor's offices to The Road Runners Club, The MS Society, Equinox Health Clubs,
Athleta and luxury retirement communities. Frazier utilizes her extensive experience in movement therapy, exercise science, anatomy, neuromuscular release and exercise physiology to develop all exercises shown in these videos. We encourage you to try one or all of the exercises in our 2 or 25 minute programs, which are filmed on location in New York City.
