2026 is officially here and the last thing I want for you is stagnation. The goal is to improve. The goal is to make a little progress week after week. I am a firm believer in long term thinking. Set goals for the whole entire year. Not a few weeks. Really consider that last year you played small. This is your year to finally get into the best shape of your life. Comment “coaching” fill out the application and I will reach out.

Right now my focus is on getting my strength UP! I ran a lot towards the tail end of 2025. It cost me some muscle. When I lock in on weight training I really devote a majority of my time on hitting my muscles hard.
➡️major muscles are trained 2x a week minimum
➡️I prioritize getting stronger.
➡️I do cardio but never before I want to lift heavy
➡️I use cardio when I want to recover from hard training days
➡️I eat tons of protein (at least 1 gram per lb of my ideal body weight.
➡️➡️➡️Be patient with this process so many of us start the year very aggressively but burn out. My goal is to see you here next year after you crushed 2026. Think longterm.

There is too much noise out there when it comes to being in decent shape. I’m not a super hero or some weird influencer. I’m a regular guy with a wife, 2 kids and a ton of work. I’m busy with life just like you. What makes me different is my habits. I’ve leaned to eat a certain way that helps me stay in decent shape most of the year. You can do the same. It will take time but … the time will pass anyway. Let’s get to work. Comment “list” and I will send my protein list over.

My goal is to give you the information you need to get into better shape. I am a firm believer in long term thinking and consistency. If you can slowly add more healthy habits into your life … everything will change. Just know that It won’t happen over night. Just stay consistent.
