Another week is starting and better weather is approaching. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and unmotivated. Too many things have piled up on the to do list and you don’t know where to begin. No time for exercising or healthy eating. Just going in every direction.
➡️I also know what it’s like when you decide that enough is enough. You decide that you’re not gonna let another year of being out of shape happen.
