Another week is starting and better weather is approaching. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and unmotivated. Too many things have piled up on the to do list and you don’t know where to begin. No time for exercising or healthy eating. Just going in every direction.
➡️I also know what it’s like when you decide that enough is enough. You decide that you’re not gonna let another year of being out of shape happen.
➡️You decide that the only things missing are some accountability and some guidance.

I know that some of us feel like we have reached our peak fitness and it’s downhill from here. That doesn’t have to be true. You can definitely build muscle and continue to train at a high level. Yes, it will take time and you will have to fix your schedule a little. Being in great shape is worth the fight. Here’s how you start.
➡️set small goals
➡️stay consistent
➡️ignore all the noise
➡️2-3 days of proper training can get you there.
➡️Learn how to eat for the body you want.

There really is no time like the present. Year after year I get calls in May or June for people trying to drop their first 15-20lbs for the summer. That’s not enough time! Don’t wait until it’s too late and end up missing another summer.

March is officially here and I can tell you that if you want to be in great shape this summer you are almost late. It takes at least 12 weeks to get the fitness ball rolling. Sometimes longer than that. Right now is the time to start looking at a few areas of your life⬇️⬇️⬇️
➡️Your eating habits- Are you following some kind of plan consistently or are you winging it. 1-2 good days then a relapse then a good day then a relapse?
➡️Your exercising- Do you have a plan or do you go to gym and just get tired? Working hard but not seeing any results.
➡️Your mindset- Do you feel defeated sometimes? Do you think that you may be too old to finally have the body you want? Do you think a 6 pack and lower body fat is impossible for you?
➡️➡️➡️You are never too old to improve. Ask yourself “can I improve?” The answer is absolutely! You can start to make changes today that will last a lifetime.
The choice is yours. Don’t count yourself out.

At some point you have to ask yourself what is in the way of having the life I want. What is really stopping me? It’s going to come down to a few things. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
➡️Lack of information. Sometimes we simply don’t know what to do.
➡️Lack of self belief. If you do t believe you can change your life for the better…. You won’t.
➡️Wrong mental environment. You don’t have the right people inspiring you and giving you the much needed support.
➡️➡️➡️My 1 on 1 coaching address all three of these challenges. You just need to be willing to work hard.

TRANSFORMED

Years ago I wasn’t that different from everyone else. My 20’s and 30’s were filled with all the excess of food and alcohol. The never ending cycle of starting over again on a Monday. You begin to wonder if you are ever gonna get off that roller coaster.

Close to 10 years ago. I decided that I was going to finally make some changes. Not the same change I made every Monday morning. This change was going to be for a lifetime. I wanted to let go of who I was and begin a new life. This life was going to be the one I created.
➡️I started to read again. (Self help, motivation)
➡️I quit drinking. ( Almost 10 years)
➡️I got closer to God ( Church Every Sunday)
➡️I started training smarter. ( Developed a lifestyle training protocol that keeps me fit but doesn’t require hours of training)

I prefer straight talk because it saves time. What are you really doing about your health and fitness? I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck and I know that it takes so much effort to make sustainable changes in your life. Still , you can do it if you have the right people in your corner. At age 45 I feel better than ever and all it took was one decision. Now, my goal is to guide my high performing over 40 year olds using my lifestyle protocol. I know that I was able to change and you can too.

Gelato over load!!!!This past week… I ate more than my usually do but the key is moderation. I give 48 weeks year to. “Clean”. Eating. I believe that There has to be a balance. Start setting realistic goals for your self! Nobody eats perfectly every single day. Practice moderation and begin thinking longterm.
