Monday!

Thanks for coming out Yoga this summer it’s been so much fun. There are few sessions left and we have changed locations. Both Tuesday & Saturday classes will be on the Harlem side. East River Picnic area.

Directions:
By Foot cross the 103rd street bridge and turn right once you get on the island. Follow the path by the water. You will come to the orange rest station and we will be close by on the waterfront. Behind field 80 & 81.

Hope to see you there!

Please bring a Yoga mat & bottle of water. Classes are Open level, free and open to all.
