The very first project I ever launched through my consulting business—G.A.I.L. Consulting—was right here with this organization.

✨ In 2021, we hosted our first Mental Health Pop-Up Gym in the heart of Macon to create space for wellness, community, and conversation. It was bold, grassroots, and deeply needed.

I didn’t have a full team. I didn’t even have a full plan. But I did have a vision—and the passion to bring it to life.

That project wasn’t just a launch—it was a calling. And it marked the beginning of something bigger.

💼 Today, four years later, G.A.I.L. Consulting is still growing strong. We’ve helped businesses, nonprofits, and public agencies develop powerful brand strategies and community programs rooted in impact.

And this work—right here in Macon—will always be where it started.
