Philgym student 19-year-old Elina Svitolina first time in their professional career made it to the third round of a Grand Slam.

In the second round of the Australian Open Elina beat Olivia Rogowska of Australia 6-4 7-5.

The match lasted 39 minutes 1:00.

Svitolina: 7 aces and 3 double faults.

Next opponent Svitolina determined a match between American Sloane Stephens (13) and Isla Tomljanovic of Croatia.

Philgym (Philip Feingold ) student (18-year-old) Elina Svitolina won the WTA International tournament with a prize pool of $ 235,000 in Baku, Azerbaijan.

In the final, Ukrainian tennis player, seeded No. 7, beat Israeli Shahar Peer 6-4 6-4. The match lasted 1 hour 37 minutes.

Recall that a few years ago, Peer was among the 15 best tennis players of the world.

This is the second single WTA title in a career Svitolina.

In November 2012 Ukrainian won the category WTA challenger tournament in Pune, India.

Add that Svitolina wins first tournament of the series WTA International.

This victory brought Elina 280 ranking points that will allow it to enter on Monday in one of the 50 best tennis players of the world.

Svitolina also earned $ 40,000 in prize money.
