Mjcwellness My goal is to help find and understand the causes of health challenges and provide natural approaches to optimal health.

I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, certified Holistic Health Counselor, After spending several years in hospital settings, I realized the need for natural approaches to treatment. Mjcwellness incorporates essential oils, reflexology, dietary/lifestyle and nutritional counseling, to guide you to better health and well-being. Essential Oils are an intricate part of my practice as they embody the regenerating, protective, and immune-strengthening properties of plants.
