Time can be so many measures. Today it marks the passing of Shri BKS Iyengar a man whom I am grateful to have been introduced to and fated to have developed under his lineage and tradition.
The years we practiced when he was present only prove his invaluable service to humanity now in his absence.
With all gratitude each breath I take and let go of reminds me of your standards and hopes I live with and by them 🕉️
More than once I can say that your exploration saved mine. It is with gratitude, awe and honor I celebrate your 102 year. Thank you for your devotion when it was easy and when you were challenged. Thank you for providing us something to live up to and call ourselves out on. The longer you are gone the more I treasure the gift of your life and the longer I practice the more I am astounded by the gift you gave us.
