Cinco de Mayo calls for a Lemon Passion Fruit Mocktail Margarita 🍋 The perfect sip to pair with your .

Lemon Passion Fruit Mocktail Margarita Pitcher
INGREDIENTS
🍋 ¾ cup fresh lemon juice
🍈 ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
🍯 ⅓ cup agave syrup
🌟 ½ cup passion fruit juice or puree
💧 2 cups sparkling water
🧂 1 tablespoon flaky sea salt (for rims)
🍋 8 lemon or lime wedges (mixed in and for garnish)
🧊 4 cups ice (plus more for glasses)

STEPS

1. Salt the rims: Pour flaky sea salt onto a small flat plate. Run a lemon or lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip and twist in the salt to coat. Set glasses aside.
2. Mix the base: In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and passion fruit juice or puree. Stir well until the agave is fully incorporated.
3. Add citrus and ice: Squeeze a few of the lemon or lime wedges into the pitcher and drop them all in. Add ice and give everything a good stir.
4. Top with sparkling water: Gently pour in sparkling water and stir once or twice just to combine — you want to keep the bubbles.
5. Serve: Fill each salt-rimmed glass with ice, pour the mocktail over, and garnish with a lemon or lime wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.
