🔷️Jared's been crushing it these last 6 weeks with the coaching of We can see his decrease in body fat and his increase in lean muscle.

🔷️Jared's goal was simple. He didn't want to get skinny or lose mass. He had to learn how to optimally incorporate his diet, training and cardio to add lean muscle and lose body fat.

🔷️So, how did we accomplish this in such a short time?

🔷️Stabilizing his metabolism & getting rid of inflammation. We achieved this by greatly increasing his macro intake. We also need the right balance of portions and ratios when it comes to . This balance results in efficient digestion and utilization for energy and recovery. Second with intense weight training and timely cardio!

🔷️In a situation like Jared's, when someone isn't eating enough food or doing proper weight training or cardio, once he gets everything running on all cylinders, this is what happens! Lean muscle increases and body fat decreases. Every component has been stabilized with maximum efficiency to set the table for what's next.

🔷️Now, we can determine what's next, either a surplus for more mass or a deficit for more body fat loss.

🔷️Always remember before making a big move and jumping into something extreme, you must stabilize everything in order to set yourself up in an optimal place.
