🧡 According to the latest CDC reports (released in 2025/2026),
approximately 1 in 31 children (or 3.2%) in the United States is identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This is a notable increase from the 1 in 36 rate reported just a few years ago

🩷 Early identification has improved significantly. While the median age of diagnosis is roughly 4 years old, ASD can often be reliably detected as early as 18 months.

💚 Historically, boys were diagnosed 4 to 5 times more often than girls. Current data shows the ratio is closer to 3.5 to 1.
