This past year, Chance 2 Dance lost over $70,000 in DEI and arts funding. These cuts have a real impact – on our dancers, our programs, and the future of inclusive education.

But if you know C2D, you know this: we don’t give up. We grow stronger.

Miss Juanita, one of our incredible Florida instructors and a print digital journalism student at UCF, recently wrote a deeply personal essay about these funding cuts and the potential removal of special education services from the Department of Education. Her words are a powerful call to action:

Jack is a St. Louis native, now residing in New York City. At the age of 8, he began performing and never looked back. From regional theaters, to touring companies, to Broadway, to Hollywood film sets, Jack has had wonderful opportunities to work on ground-breaking projects!
