How to whittle that body into shape.

First thing to do is get plenty of water. If dehydrated your body will not release water which becomes water retention. We actually go into hybernation mode when we dont drink enough water which is essential in hydration, cleansing the body of toxins, flushing them right out. Real lemon in your water makes the stubborn toxins flush out due to the lemons properties. Lemons are like magnets, the toxins adhere to it naturally, and fluhes tight out in our urine. Water is also great for a healthy glow on your skin.
Green tea is a fix all if you ask me.
It helps rid the body of toxins
It’s good for over all good health.
It helped me get pregnant, I wanted to have a child, and it popped into my head, “green tea”. A message? I thought so. 3 cups a day, straight up green tea. It’s an acquired taste, I just drank it hot, with nothing else. No sugar, honey, or substitute sugars. It’s great for endurance too.
For food, I’ll tell you a little secret about Jenny Craigs food they sell specifically for losing weight can be found in walmart. Stoufers makes Jenny Craigs foods . So it is attainable at your local supermarkets .
These could be your tough tider moments getting started with a healthier diet, which is proportioned right, which is key.
Six meals a day, morning, which literally gets your metabolism going, water, water, water. You can add to your water for flavor with crystal light, wont effect anything but your taste buds, you want to love it.
Hopefully enough for a new way of life, no soda, nothing really other then water, green tea, coffee regarding an every day living.
Holidays splurge you deserve it !!!!
After your morning meal, 2-3 hours later,
you can have a snack, fruit, cupcake, anything in that portion size to make it easy. Eyeballing it.
2-3 hours later have lunch. I’ll go over portion size, and how to equate it looking at your plate.
If you don’t buy the ready made portion sizes of stoufers microwavable meals you can eyeball it.
2-3 hours later you can have a snack.
Peanut butter is my go to. Love it.
2-3 or whenever you want your dinner after 1 hour after your 2nd snack then dinner. And thats it for the day.
What you are doing is creating a fat burning metabolism. By eating 6 meals a day your metabolism will be in full gear due to a wonderful rhythm the body likes. Like giving a car gas to come alive, and move.
Walking after you eat with a trusted hopefully guy for safety, Also in twos for men too, safety first. This will burn caloties by burning fat, snd strengthening the muscles, again another rhythmic motion your body loves for also blood circulation . Get those T cells happy, they fight bacterial infections, and everything in the body unwanted ,and or is a threat to good health.
Here’s a good trick if you like chocolate, drink chocolate milk. I find it satisfying. Sweet tooth terrors!!!! Believe me, I know a lot about it. Yikes.
Weigh yourself every week on the same day, make a chart right where the scale is temporarily, it’s for you, have fun with it too.
The cravings will stop, you’ll probably want to use all that extra energy for your benefit too, and exercise. It’s very rewarding. This is where sculpting the body comes in.
