🍗🧄 Garlic-Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry
📝 Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp oil (olive or vegetable)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)
½ tsp black pepper
Salt (to taste)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thick sauce)
2 tbsp water
👨🍳 Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic & ginger, sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken, cook for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through.
Toss in broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3–4 minutes (keep veggies crisp).
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, pepper, and water in a small bowl.
Pour sauce into the pan and stir well.
(Optional) Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is coated and glossy.
