🍗🧄 Garlic-Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry
📝 Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp oil (olive or vegetable)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)
½ tsp black pepper
Salt (to taste)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thick sauce)
2 tbsp water
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic & ginger, sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken, cook for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through.
Toss in broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3–4 minutes (keep veggies crisp).
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, pepper, and water in a small bowl.
Pour sauce into the pan and stir well.
(Optional) Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.

🍗 For Chicken:
2 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
Salt (to taste)
🥒 For Filling:
1 cup lettuce (chopped)
1 cucumber (sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
½ onion (sliced)
½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
🥣 For Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cucumber (grated & squeezed dry)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
🌯 For Wrap:
Tortilla wraps or pita bread
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt & pepper.
Cook in a pan or grill for 6–8 minutes until juicy and fully cooked.
Mix all ingredients for tzatziki sauce in a bowl.
Warm tortilla or pita bread.
Layer with lettuce, chicken, veggies, feta cheese, and drizzle tzatziki sauce.

3–4 potatoes (cut into wedges)
2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp black pepper

🫐🧁 Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup oats (rolled oats)
1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
½ cup sugar (or honey for a healthier option)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
¼ tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
¼ cup oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tray.
In a bowl, mix oats + flour + baking powder + baking soda + salt + cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, sugar, oil & vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients (don’t overmix).

2–3 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for healthy option)
1 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 clove garlic (minced)
½ tsp black pepper
Salt (to taste)
½ tsp mustard paste (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh coriander or parsley (chopped)

1 zucchini (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
½ cup olives (sliced, optional)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp black pepper
Salt (to taste)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
Juice of ½ lemon
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion & garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.

📝 Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup milk
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 small onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1–2 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
Salt (to taste)
Chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt & pepper.
Heat oil/butter in a pan, cook chicken until golden and fully done. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, and bell peppers until soft.
Pour in cream + milk, mix well and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add parmesan cheese, stir until melted and creamy.
Return chicken to the pan and mix.

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

1 ¾ cups sugar
4 eggs

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
🍰 Frosting:
2 cups heavy cream (whipped)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
🎂 Bake Cake:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat butter + sugar until fluffy.

1 cup crab meat (real or imitation)
2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp butter
Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Sauté spinach & garlic
Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and spinach. Cook until wilted.
Mix creamy base

2 ripe mangoes (cubed)
1/2 cup small tapioca pearls (sago)
1 cup coconut milk (or evaporated milk)
1/2 cup condensed milk (adjust to taste)
1 cup cold water
Ice cubes (optional ❄️)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Cook sago
Boil tapioca pearls in water until translucent (about 10–15 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water.
Prepare mangoes
Blend 1 mango into puree and dice the other into cubes.
Mix base
In a bowl, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, and mango puree.
Combine everything
Add cooked sago and mango cubes. Mix well.

500g beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup calamansi juice (or lemon 🍋)
1 large onion (sliced into rings)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup water
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Marinate beef
Mix beef with soy sauce, calamansi juice, garlic, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer = more flavor 😍).
Sear beef
Heat oil in a pan. Sear beef until lightly browned (don’t overcook). Set aside.
Cook onions
In the same pan, sauté onion rings until soft and slightly caramelized.
Make sauce
Add marinade + water + sugar. Simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Combine
Return beef to pan and simmer until tender and sauce thickens.
Serve
Top with onions and serve hot with steamed rice 🍚🔥
