This week I will be scheduling the next X-ray on my foot that has been broken and slowing down my training.

I am feeling very positive that I will be given the Green light to go FULL BLAST again.

This is one of my favorite buildups to full Ground Dragon Chinese Floor techniques and REALLY helps keep you "Functionally" Young.

After 60 years old.....Hmmmm🤔

I am now 60yo .... Aside from a car accident in January that left me with a Broken foot and wrist....I still feel Youthful and Powerful.

I do have 40+ years of training under my belt....
But we will be setting out to prove some AMAZING Rehabilitation using the CMC SYNERGY 4HEALTH product line on Older (60-75 yo) NEW CMC Members. Stay Tuned
