I still think about this guy on a daily basis😔 it has been 2 years since his passing and it’s not getting any easier. His voice of reason and commonsensical view of things came in handy during trying times and the world can use some of that right bout now. Ever since I read his first masterpiece over 11 years ago, my mentality has changed. Tony taught me how you can overcome anything in your past if you wake up every morning grateful and to never forget how bad things were during those times I was stuck in the hamster wheel of toxicity. Bourdain was much more than a chef, author ,world traveler, poet, adventurer, MMA bad ass, humans rights activist. He was a beacon of hope, and reminded me constantly that if Tony Bourdain can get out of his personal hell than I can to with enough hard work and determination. This hell started way before my 2017 accident Those who knows know. Needless to say I miss him and hope he’s out of whatever mental hell he was in before he tragically never came down to breakfast. In that French Alcase hotel room. Mental health if gone unchecked can be lethal. Please find peace . I haven’t completely yet, but I’m on the way. Thank you Anthony Bourdain. I owed you much more than you know. Rest easy my guy. 🖤 🖤
