I’m excited to share details of a timely and necessary project I’m working on (www.GetAnxietyProof.com) with a dear friend and colleague, Michelle Shapiro, RD. Michelle and I were speaking in the early days of COVID-19 about how much more anxiety we were already seeing in our patients and clients, and she had the idea to team up to put together a program to help people formulate a comprehensive action plan. We called this program Anxiety Proof and are excited to be launching it today.
