Cheers to experimenting with food and WHOLE 30 VEGAN 🌱 . Part of my job and favorite part of it is that I have tried all sorts of diets under the sun and the reason why is because I need to understand what each means and how they affect my body, from there I get to suggest to my clients what makes sense without forgetting to share the good, bad and the ugly of the work. Here is my very first homemade butternut squash noodles with Alfredo sauce. Recipe from Meal was prepared in less than 30 minutes. Alfredo sauce was cashew based. There is raw garlic involved with I sautéed due to acid reflux. Anyone else experimenting here with fun foods while moving around their digestive issues? Cheers to my over master chef
