It’s January 2nd and I’m still reminiscing about Christmas time in Panamá. 🎄🇵🇦

This sunset moment right here? Panamá has some of the prettiest sunsets I’ve ever seen — visiting is a must. 🌅✨

Vegan-friendly highlights from the trip: a falafel bowl, green juices, and a Panamanian bowl that hit the spot… and because I’m human, I also snuck in a Frosé (frozen rosé cocktail) 😅🍹

Sharing my favorite plant-based finds + a local Panamá City supermarket stop—because wellness isn’t perfection, it’s balance (even on vacation). 🌿

I didn’t realize how much I needed a pause.
City life trains you to rush—through your day, your meals, even your breath.

Here in Cabo, I’m letting everything be slower: deeper breathing, less pressure in my system, more nature, more presence. 🌊🌵
Thank you Cabo for the beautiful space (and the yummy veggie-friendly options)—I also fell in love with the h**p seed salad. So fresh, so satisfying. 🥗✨

And Mexico… you got me. Tlayudas are officially a new favorite 😍 I may be attempting a homemade version when I’m back in NYC.
