About The Founder
Hi I’m Stephanie Sunshine! I am a plant-based holistic health consultant, chef, and yoga instructor. I quit my corporate job in July 2016 to pursue my passion of holistic health full-time. Through my current work I help those who are serious about making positive lifestyle changes meet their health goals. I specialize in helping others transition to a vegan or vegetarian diet and develop a yoga practice. I also enjoy hosting workshops, cooking classes, and food demonstrations in my community.
I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Spanish and a Master of Education Degree in Higher Education Administration. I am also certified in Plant Based Nutrition through Cornell University.
I was inspired to write my self-published debut The Vegan By Nature Cookbook as a resource for transitioning vegans who are in need of simple yet flavorful meal ideas using common, familiar ingredients. I believe that with proper knowledge anyone can prepare delicious healthy meals and that eating vegan does not have to be complicated. My brand Vegan By Nature is rooted in my philosophy of getting back to the basics.
