Penny B. Donnenfeld, Ph.D. licensed clinical psychologist

Licensed psychologist for adults, children and adolescents. Problems addressed : anxiety, depression I like to think of therapy as helping you to construct a life "tool kit" which will continue to develop long after the therapy is over.

Our work will involve creative problem-solving. In creating an individualized therapeutic plan for you, I will use the skills that I have developed in 25+ years as a psychologist.. We will work together to develop a plan and process which "speaks" to you and promotes your learning new skills and varied ways to address problems such as anxiety, depression and stress. I am a careful, respectful list

Operating as usual

Besides doing psychotherapy, I am excited to be using a type of neurotherapy that has shown efficacy with anxiety, ADD, and migraines.
