Private Practice Mission

It can be hard to see the forest through the trees. Using my extensive experience working with individuals impacted by adoption, trauma, substance use, military-related concerns, and difficult interpersonal relationships, my private practice is devoted to aiding parents, relatives, and significant others receive much needed support and education about these symptoms. In my therapy and consultation services, I provide a unique perspective, rooted in my training across research and clinical contexts, to guide individuals and their loved ones through mental health challenges.
