Happy LABOR Day!!

Let’s talk about working smarter not harder!
Keep Your Day Job… Part 2

Having a day job as a yoga teacher has been a blessing 🙏. Benefits like healthcare, sick time, and vacation days bring me a peace of mind. When you’re a yoga teacher, you only get paid when you teach… so having that financial stability is everything. Plus, I can use my vacation time to level up my teaching skills or even host retreats, and make money while doing it. 🤑

It’s the ultimate act of double dipping - Earning from my yoga business while receiving additional benefits from your employer generates passive income. 💸

So book that retreat… Take that training… Go to Bali!!

Keep Your Day Job… Part 1️⃣

Finding work life balance in the practice. As a yoga teacher, I’ve learned that having a stable day job allows me to teach from a place of joy, not necessity. The hustle of full-time teaching can be real, and burnout is a risk.

For me… keeping my full-time job has been a game-changer. It lets me share yoga with others without sacrificing my own well-being 🙏🏾✨
