The year was 2016 ✨
• I officially incorporated Isabel smith nutrition after running it as a sole proprietor for two years
• I was on the cover of the Cannon USA website with the incredible shot of me jumping over the Empire State building
• I built my first website, got my first professional photos and logo
• I met Paulie on Tinder
• celebrated 10 years since graduating from my favorite place on earth
• i’m so focused on media presence at the time (check out my website I have a tonnnn of articles podcasts etc - this was for Elle magazine)

It was such a good year of so much growth and refreshment. I can’t wait for that to be 2026!!!

💩If I were chronically constipated, I wouldn’t be chasing another laxative or fiber supplement.

🤔I’d be asking why my body isn’t moving things through.
💩Constipation is rarely about “not enough fiber.”

➡️It’s often a systems issue — motility, hormones, nervous system, gut bugs, bile flow, nourishment.

🚨Some of the most common drivers I see:
• Slowed gut motility
• Methane-dominant SIBO
• Poor bile flow
• Thyroid dysfunction
• Chronic stress or nervous system dysregulation
• Electrolyte or magnesium depletion
• Under-fueling (very common)
• Pelvic floor dysfunction
