💕When you’re living with chronic inflammation + toxic load, your body hangs onto weight as protection. No amount of dieting or overtraining can fix that.

Here’s what I focused on instead:
✔️ Removing the exposure (getting out of the moldy environment)
✔️ Supporting drainage pathways (liver, lymph, gut) so toxins could move out
✔️ Targeted binders to pull mold toxins from my system
✔️ Rebuilding nutrient stores that mold had depleted
✔️ Mitochondrial support to bring energy + metabolism back online

👉🏻Once my body wasn’t fighting through toxicity and inflammation 24/7, the weight came off naturally — and so did the brain fog, fatigue, and endless bloat.

Histamine isn’t just about hives or seasonal allergies. 🤧
It’s a signaling molecule that can quietly keep the immune system on alert. 🚨
