💚If you’re trying to keep Thanksgiving low histamine, this is your new go-to side.

💚No vinegar, no citrus, no weird swaps — just shaved Brussels sprouts tossed in a maple–thyme dressing.

Simple, cozy, and actually tastes like Thanksgiving (without the flare).
Save this for your menu.

1. Prep the Brussels sprouts.
Slice thinly or use a food processor to shave them.

2. Sauté.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium.
Add Brussels sprouts + sea salt.
Cook 5–7 minutes, until slightly golden but still crisp.

3. Dress.
Turn off heat and toss with:
✓ maple syrup
✓ fresh thyme

4. Finish.
Top with pumpkin seeds if you want extra crunch (and minerals like zinc and magnesium)
