I’ve been using collagen supplements for years but recently started using the Foundation product from a company called RNWY (Runway!)

Having a little Fika,Swedish style. Enjoying amazing GF Banana Bread my stepmother in law Pauline made for me in the cup my kiddos got me for Father’s Day. I just got back from a vacation in Sweden with Karna and the kids. They have three more week I am missing them already.

Teracycle has several very cool FREE recycling programs as well as hard to recycle programs you can ship directly to them for a fee.
Karna and I are very excited we found a way to keep even more hard to recycle items out of landfill.
