I'm sure you all saw this post! While by a slightly uninformed writer, most of the professionals interviewed I know, of course I should have been one of them 😂👍....so remember Pilates is great! And I teach it! And started Pilates in 1983 when I was 13!! There's no "waiting" when it comes to keeping your body healthy....my tagline remains "Make exercise a lifestyle not a chore" 💪
