Here’s the truth: I eat real food most of the time, meals I cook myself that make me feel good, give me energy, and actually taste good.

I don’t keep junk food in the house, because I like junk food and I’m human. But when I go out, if there’s something on the menu that sounds incredible, I’ll order it without guilt.

I don’t let food control my life.

I eat well most of the time.

And I enjoy my life the rest of the time.

That’s what balance actually looks like.
