We all know there are numerous health benefits for babies when it comes to breastfeeding. But what about women and chestfeeding people? While it provides nutrients to support the growth of babies, studies show that some cancers, including ovarian and breast cancer, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure, are less common among those who breastfeed.
